What a brutal, well-drawn battle scene. But as long as Dean's breathing harshly, his back pushing against Sam's, there's still something to fight for. Yeah. I could feel Sam's exhaustion, the near-deapair. They couldn't even save one. And that series of snap-shots when Dean goes down ... *shivers* I needed that hot sex scene to bleed off the energy from the first scene. And then back into the endless battle.
